Hatha Yoga

Haṭha yoga is a branch of yoga. The Sanskrit word हठ haṭha literally means "force" and thus alludes to a system of physical techniques.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Prana Yoga

Prāṇāyāma is the practice of breath control in yoga. In modern yoga as exercise, it consists of synchronising the breath with movements between asanas, but is also a distinct breathing exercise on its own, usually practised after asanas.

Vinyasa Yoga

A vinyasa is a smooth transition between asanas in styles of modern yoga as exercise such as Vinyasa Krama Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Bikram Yoga, especially when movement is paired with the breath.

We’ll meet for an hour once a week at a time convenient for you in the comfort of your own preferred space. All you need is space to roll out your yoga mat, a computer/laptop/iPad and good internet connection. I’ll help you develop a regular practice so that you have the tools and confidence to practice on your own wherever you are. We’ll laser focus in on your needs, challenges and goals and help you get effective results based on your current condition and your schedule.
